Vaibhav Global Limited reported strong Q4 results 2026, driven by higher margins, improving product mix, and steady growth across its digital business. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹935 crore for the March quarter, up 10% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 36% YoY to deliver a margin of 10.3%.
Profit after tax surged 167.4% YoY to ₹91.1 crore during the quarter, supported by MAT credit benefits. Excluding the tax impact, adjusted PAT stood at ₹44.4 crore, reflecting a solid 30.4% increase from a year earlier. Gross margin remained strong at 63.9%, helped by higher contribution from in-house brands and better pricing realization.
For the full financial year, Vaibhav Global recorded revenue of ₹3,692 crore, compared with ₹3,380 crore in FY25. Consolidated EBITDA climbed 26% to ₹399 crore, while free cash flow more than doubled to ₹272 crore. The company ended FY26 with a net cash position of ₹296 crore.
Digital operations continued to outperform traditional television sales. Full-year digital revenue increased to ₹1,541 crore from ₹1,314 crore last year, with average selling prices rising sharply. The company said nearly 50% of gross B2C sales now come from in-house brands, achieving its long-term target ahead of schedule.
Regionally, the United States remained the largest contributor with ₹2,058 crore revenue, followed by the United Kingdom at ₹1,032 crore. Europe also returned to profitability during FY26.
The board declared a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share, taking the total FY26 dividend payout to around ₹100 crore. Strong cash generation, expanding digital contribution, and improved operational efficiency kept investor focus on Vaibhav Global’s Q4 results 2026 performance.
