Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, supported by higher-margin product sales and continued expansion of its digital business. The company posted total revenue of Rs. 935 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 10% year-on-year increase, while full-year revenue rose 9% to Rs. 3,692 crore from Rs. 3,380 crore in FY25.
The retailer of fashion jewelry and lifestyle products also delivered significant profit growth during the quarter. Reported profit after tax (PAT) climbed 167.4% year-on-year to Rs. 91.1 crore. Excluding MAT credit impact, quarterly PAT stood at Rs. 44.4 crore, up 30.4% from a year earlier. EBITDA for Q4 rose 36% to Rs. 96 crore, while annual EBITDA increased 26% to Rs. 399 crore.
The improvement in margins came largely from the company’s strategic shift toward in-house brands and a growing digital business. Gross margin expanded by 1.8% to 63.9% in the quarter. In-house brands contributed 48.8% of business-to-consumer revenue in FY26, nearly reaching the company’s target of 50% ahead of schedule.
Digital revenue accounted for 44% of total group revenue, compared with 33% in FY20, highlighting the company’s changing sales mix. VGL currently reaches around 127 million households across television and digital platforms.
Regionally, the United States remained VGL’s largest market with FY26 revenue of Rs. 2,058 crore, while the UK business generated Rs. 1,032 crore with EBITDA growth of 28%. The company also strengthened its balance sheet, ending FY26 with net cash of Rs. 296 crore and free cash flow of Rs. 272 crore. VGL declared a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, taking total FY26 shareholder payout to nearly Rs. 100 crore.
