Datamatics Q4 Results 2026: Strong Revenue Growth and AI Deals Boost Operational Performance

Datamatics Global Services reported a strong set of Q4 results 2026 numbers, supported by higher revenue, expanding margins, and increased demand for AI-led digital services. The company also crossed major financial milestones during FY26 as it continued to strengthen its digital portfolio and enterprise customer base.

During the March quarter, revenue from operations stood at INR 519.3 crore, rising 4.4% year-on-year from INR 497.2 crore and increasing 1.8% sequentially. Total income for the quarter reached INR 534.8 crore, reflecting a 5.8% annual increase.

Profitability at the operational level improved sharply. Quarterly EBITDA surged 48.4% YoY to INR 110.6 crore, while EBIT climbed 61.3% to INR 88 crore. The company reported a Q4 EBITDA margin of 21.3%, highlighting improved efficiency and stronger execution.

However, net profit growth remained under pressure from one-time accounting impacts. Profit after tax for the quarter came in at INR 44.2 crore, marginally lower than INR 44.9 crore a year ago. Full-year PAT declined 5.3% to INR 194.2 crore, mainly due to exceptional items, including INR 40.85 crore related to contingent consideration adjustments and labour code restructuring costs.

For the full fiscal year, Datamatics reported revenue of INR 1,987 crore, marking 15.3% growth over FY25. EBITDA increased 62.1% to INR 371.6 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 18.7% from 13.3% a year earlier.

The company’s AI strategy also remained a key growth driver. Datamatics secured new projects linked to its AI platforms including TruAI, TruCap+, TruBot and FINATO, with deals from Fortune 500 technology firms, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare insurers. Datamatics also became one of the first companies globally to achieve ISO 42001:2023 certification for AI management systems.

The strong cash position further supported investor confidence, with net cash and investments increasing to INR 639.2 crore and debt levels remaining low. The Q4 results 2026 indicate that while exceptional costs impacted bottom-line growth, operational performance and AI-led business momentum continue to support Datamatics’ long-term outlook.
