Waaree Renewable Q4 Results 2026: Profit Jumps 66%, Revenue Surges Past ₹1,100 Crore

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. reported a strong set of Q4 results 2026, with consolidated net profit rising 66% year-on-year to ₹156 crore, compared to ₹94 crore in the same period last year. Revenue more than doubled to ₹1,102 crore from ₹477 crore, reflecting robust execution in its renewable energy projects.

The sharp growth in earnings was supported by improved project deliveries, although profitability margins showed some pressure. EBITDA rose 63.7% to ₹206.8 crore, up from ₹126.3 crore a year ago. However, EBITDA margin declined to 18.76% from 26.5%, indicating higher costs or execution-related pressures.

The latest performance marks a strong recovery from the previous quarter, where the company had reported a 16.7% drop in profit to ₹53.5 crore despite a modest 11% rise in revenue. Margins had also contracted significantly during that period.

Looking ahead, the company’s order book remains a key growth driver. It reported an unexecuted EPC order book of 2.83 GWp, expected to be completed over the next 12–15 months, along with a strong bidding pipeline exceeding 36 GWp. This provides solid revenue visibility amid rising demand in India’s renewable energy sector.

Management highlighted that disciplined execution and operational efficiency will remain central to sustaining growth momentum.

On the market front, the company’s stock rose about 2% to ₹1,060.30, outperforming the Nifty 50, which edged slightly lower. The stock has gained 9.58% year-to-date and around 3.3% over the past year.
