Technocraft Ventures IPO Gets 7.71x Subscription on Final Day; Allotment on August 12

Technocraft Ventures’ initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 7.71 times on the final day of bidding, Tuesday, August 11, reflecting strong demand across investor categories.

According to NSE data available until 11:07 am, the issue received bids for 6,41,54,090 shares against 83,17,190 shares on offer. The non-institutional investors (NII) category led the demand with 12.52 times subscription, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion was subscribed 4.50 times. The retail investor quota was booked 7.49 times.

The ₹251.88 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 23.76 lakh shares valued at ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions. The company plans to use ₹150 crore from the fresh issue for working capital, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.

Founded in 1998, Technocraft Ventures operates as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on public infrastructure projects. Its business includes roads and highways, water and wastewater projects, urban infrastructure, electrical transmission and public utility operations and maintenance.

The Technocraft Ventures IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, August 12, while Technocraft Ventures shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on Friday, August 14.
