Quick Heal Q4 Results 2026: Loss Widens as Enterprise Push Grows Despite Revenue Pressure

Quick Heal Technologies Limited reported weak Q4 results 2026, with revenue and profitability coming under pressure as the cybersecurity company continued to invest heavily in research, sales expansion, and its enterprise business strategy.

For the March quarter, net revenue stood at ₹48.7 crore, down 25.2% year-on-year from ₹65.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company posted an EBITDA loss of ₹29.3 crore, compared with a loss of ₹8.5 crore in Q4 FY25. Net loss widened significantly, with PAT at ₹19.9 crore loss, versus a loss of ₹3.3 crore a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share came in at ₹(3.6).

The Q4 results 2026 reflect the impact of continued spending on growth initiatives and changing business priorities. During FY26, Quick Heal increased investments in research and development to support its cybersecurity products and enterprise offerings under SEQRITE.

Despite pressure on the consumer segment, the company’s enterprise business continued to expand. Enterprise revenue rose 22.4% year-on-year to ₹148.4 crore, while consumer revenue declined 24.7% to ₹139.8 crore. Enterprise now contributes 51% of overall business, compared with 20% in FY21, highlighting a significant shift in revenue mix.

Quick Heal also secured a five-year cybersecurity contract worth ₹64.25 crore, while its order pipeline crossed ₹55 crore. Deferred revenue increased to ₹33.8 crore, indicating future revenue visibility.

Industry data released alongside the Q4 results 2026 showed India’s cybersecurity threat landscape continuing to intensify. The company recorded over 265.52 million threat detections across more than 8 million endpoints, with nearly 505 detections every minute.

While profitability remained weak, Quick Heal maintained a strong balance sheet with zero long-term debt, cash and investments exceeding ₹218 crore, and positive operating cash flow of ₹15.4 crore, giving the company financial flexibility as it expands its enterprise cybersecurity business.
