Minda Corporation Limited reported a strong set of Q4 results 2026, supported by solid revenue growth, improving margins, and increasing demand across its automotive technology businesses. The company delivered record operational performance during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, while also strengthening its position in electric vehicle technologies and advanced mobility solutions.
Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 rose 29% year-on-year to ₹1,704 crore compared with ₹1,321 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 9.2% from ₹1,560 crore in Q3 FY26. For the full financial year, revenue climbed 22.3% to ₹6,185 crore.
The biggest highlight of the Q4 results 2026 was profitability growth. EBITDA increased 33% year-on-year to ₹203 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 11.9%. Profit After Tax surged 138.3% to ₹124 crore from ₹52 crore in the previous year, pushing PAT margin to 7.3%.
The company also showed improvement in financial strength. Gross debt declined to ₹1,212 crore from ₹1,344 crore, while net debt-to-EBITDA improved to 1.2x from 1.8x. Return on Capital Employed increased to 23.1%, reflecting stronger capital efficiency.
Growth was supported by its Information and Connected Systems segment, which generated ₹933 crore revenue and expanded 40% year-on-year. Minda also continued to invest in future technologies, with EV operations contributing 21% of overall EV revenue allocations across group businesses.
The company’s long-term order book crossed ₹10,000 crore during FY26, including ₹3,500 crore secured in the fourth quarter alone. Strategic partnerships with Turntide Drives and Toyodenso, combined with increased R&D spending and new patent filings, indicate Minda Corporation is positioning itself for long-term growth in the evolving automotive and EV ecosystem.
