Raymond Lifestyle Limited reported a sharp recovery in its Q4 results 2026, supported by strong domestic demand, premium product sales, and operational efficiency improvements. The company posted its highest-ever annual revenue, crossing the ₹7,000 crore milestone for the first time.
For the fourth quarter ended March 2026, total income rose 15% year-on-year to ₹1,810 crore compared to ₹1,580 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA surged 53% to ₹152 crore, while EBITDA margin improved significantly to 8.4% from 6.3% a year ago. Net profit stood at ₹15 crore, recovering from a loss of ₹47 crore reported in Q4FY25.
The company said FY26 was a “year of recovery” despite global uncertainty in the B2B and garmenting segments due to US tariff concerns. Full-year revenue increased 11% to ₹7,034 crore, while EBITDA climbed 23% to ₹804 crore. Net profit for the year rose 21% to ₹175 crore.
Raymond Lifestyle also strengthened its balance sheet during the year and remained net debt free with a cash surplus of ₹179 crore. The company improved its working capital cycle to 77 days from 87 days last year through tighter inventory and receivables management.
As part of its retail optimization strategy, the company operated 1,653 stores at the end of March 2026. It added 89 premium stores while shutting 124 underperforming outlets to improve profitability and efficiency.
Looking ahead, Raymond Lifestyle plans to focus on premium fabrics, casual wear expansion, international market diversification, and textile innovation to drive growth in FY27. The company is also targeting sustainability goals including lower emissions, higher renewable energy usage, and stronger workplace diversity.
