The round was led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bullscreen.in\/company\/MOTILALOFS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Motilal Oswal<\/a> Alternates, Hornbill Capital, and MUFG-backed Dragon Funds, with participation from Premji Invest, Advent International, WhiteOak Capital, and A.P. Moller Holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This brings KreditBee\u2019s total funding to about $540 million, making it the second-largest funding round of 2026 after Neysa raised $1.2 billion earlier this year. The latest round includes $80 million in secondary transactions and will primarily support expansion in secured lending and MSME financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2018, KreditBee has shown consistent growth, reporting \u20b92,700 crore in revenue and \u20b9473 crore in net profit in FY25. Its assets under management are expected to reach \u20b915,000 crore in FY26, marking a 43\u201344% increase year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company processes around 70,000 loan requests daily, approving roughly 10%, with an average ticket size of \u20b960,000. It has also diversified into loan against property, two-wheeler financing, and MSME loans, with secured lending AUM crossing \u20b91,000 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEO Madhusudan E said the funding reflects investor confidence in the firm\u2019s stable risk management, even during downturns like COVID-19 and the 2024 microfinance crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KreditBee is now preparing for its IPO, pending the merger of its NBFC and tech entities.
