Ltd.<\/strong>, in an all-cash transaction valued at $375 million (approximately \u20b93,494 crore). The acquisition, which includes 100% of Mindsprint\u2019s shares, is expected to close by June 30, 2026, pending regulatory approvals and customary adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Singapore, Mindsprint employs over 3,200 professionals across India, Singapore, the US, the UK, and the Middle East. It reported consolidated revenues of $135.6 million in 2025. Mindsprint will continue under its current leadership, with CEO <strong>Suresh Sundararajan<\/strong> at the helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the eight-year engagement, Wipro will deliver end-to-end transformation services to Olam Group using a consulting-led and AI-powered approach. The partnership will leverage <strong>Wipro Intelligence<\/strong>, its suite of AI-driven platforms and solutions, to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and accelerate market-ready transformation across Olam\u2019s global operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olam Group, majority-owned by <strong>Temasek Holdings<\/strong>, employs nearly 40,000 people and serves over 22,000 customers in more than 60 countries. The divestment of Mindsprint aligns with Olam\u2019s 2025 Re-organisation Plan, aimed at responsibly monetising assets and returning value to shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipro CEO <strong>Srini Pallia<\/strong> said the deal strengthens the company\u2019s farm-to-fork capabilities and expands the impact of AI-driven solutions in the food and agri-business sector.
