On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Tempsens Instruments shares opened at \u20b9634 apiece, representing a 111.33% premium over the issue price of \u20b9300. On the BSE, the stock debuted at \u20b9631.20, marking a 110.40% premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For investors who received the IPO allotment, the listing delivered significant gains. The IPO lot size was 50 shares, requiring an investment of \u20b915,000. At the NSE listing price of \u20b9634, the lot was valued at \u20b931,700, translating into a listing gain of \u20b916,700 per lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The \u20b9650 crore Tempsens Instruments IPO comprised a fresh issue worth \u20b995 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of \u20b9555 crore. The fresh issue proceeds will be used for capital expenditure in electrical heating and specialised cable solutions, debt repayment, general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Investor demand was exceptionally strong, with the issue subscribed 184.07 times. The non-institutional investor quota was subscribed 314.44 times, while qualified institutional buyers and retail investors subscribed 302.88 times and 60.69 times, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
