The company posted a consolidated net profit of \u20b9735 crore<\/strong> for the June quarter of FY27, up 94.28%<\/strong> from \u20b9378.35 crore<\/strong> in the same period last year. On a sequential basis, profit increased 7.09%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revenue from operations climbed 66% year-on-year<\/strong> to \u20b91,501 crore<\/strong>, compared with \u20b9904 crore<\/strong> in the year-ago quarter, although it remained nearly flat sequentially with a marginal 0.26%<\/strong> decline. Total expenses rose 24.96%<\/strong> to \u20b9556 crore<\/strong>, reflecting continued investments in business expansion. Despite higher costs, the company’s EBITDA doubled 100.85%<\/strong> to \u20b9971 crore<\/strong>, highlighting stronger operational efficiency in its Q1 results 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investor sentiment remained positive after the earnings announcement. Groww shares gained 7.12%<\/strong> to \u20b9218.30<\/strong> on the NSE, taking the company’s market capitalisation to \u20b91.36 lakh crore<\/strong>. Groww also expanded its presence in commodity derivatives, reaching a 28.6% retail market share<\/strong>, while its loans against securities business continued to scale, helping its secured credit portfolio increase to 18.5%<\/strong> of the total loan book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
