Shilpa Medicare Limited<\/a> reported a strong set of Q4 results 2026<\/strong>, with the pharmaceutical company posting its highest-ever quarterly revenue and EBITDA, driven by robust growth in formulations, APIs, and improving operating leverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the quarter ended March 2026, Shilpa Medicare\u2019s consolidated revenue rose 30% year-on-year to \u20b9439 crore<\/strong>, compared to \u20b9338 crore in the same period last year. Gross profit increased 27% to \u20b9297 crore<\/strong>, while EBITDA climbed 40% to \u20b9121 crore<\/strong>, pushing EBITDA margin higher to 28%<\/strong> from 26% a year ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standout figure in the Q4 results 2026<\/strong> was adjusted net profit, which surged 147% YoY to \u20b987 crore<\/strong>, up sharply from \u20b935 crore in Q4FY25. On a sequential basis, profit also rose 59%, reflecting stronger product sales and better cost efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the full fiscal year FY26, the company posted revenue of \u20b91,549 crore<\/strong>, marking an 18% increase<\/strong> over FY25. Adjusted PAT came in at \u20b9232 crore<\/strong>, up 135%<\/strong>, while reported PAT jumped 211% to \u20b9243 crore<\/strong>. EBITDA reached a record \u20b9445 crore<\/strong>, with margins expanding to 29%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strong Q4 results 2026<\/strong> were supported by solid performance in the formulations segment, where revenue jumped 54% in the quarter to \u20b9205 crore, led by domestic growth and the launch of Noduca\u2122 for NAFLD treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shilpa Medicare also improved its balance sheet strength, with net debt-to-EBITDA falling to 1.4x<\/strong> from 1.6x, while ROCE improved to 17.4%<\/strong>. Looking ahead, investors will watch upcoming launches, including its Rotigotine patch and ADC facility commissioning in FY27, as the company builds momentum in specialty pharma and biologics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
