CSM Technologies Limited is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on June 24, with the subscription window closing on June 29, as the GovTech solutions provider looks to raise \u20b9145.78 crore through a fresh issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IPO is a book-built issue comprising up to 1.29 crore equity shares, with a price band of \u20b9107 to \u20b9113 per share and a face value of \u20b910. Investors can bid in lots of 132 shares, taking the minimum retail investment to \u20b914,916 at the upper end of the price band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the red herring prospectus (RHP), the allotment is expected to be finalised on June 30, while refunds and share credits are likely to be processed on July 1. The company is scheduled to make its stock market debut on both Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India on July 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IPO<\/a> reserves up to 50% of the issue for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and at least 35% for retail investors. For high-net-worth investors, the minimum application starts at \u20b92.08 lakh for sNII and \u20b910.14 lakh for bNII.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1998, CSM Technologies operates in the fast-growing GovTech and digital infrastructure segment, serving clients across 12 countries. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for working capital, debt repayment, acquisitions, and strategic expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financially, the company reported revenue of \u20b9199.24 crore in FY25, marginally higher than \u20b9196.71 crore in FY24. Profit after tax rose to \u20b914.09 crore from \u20b912.55 crore, while EBITDA improved to \u20b929.27 crore, reflecting steady operational growth as demand for digital governance and AI-led public infrastructure continues to rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
