Borosil Limited<\/a> reported its Q4 results 2026<\/strong>, highlighting steady long-term growth but signs of margin pressure amid aggressive capital expansion. The company\u2019s FY26 annual revenue rose to \u20b91,171.1 crore<\/strong>, up sharply from \u20b9248.9 crore in FY18, delivering a strong 21.4% CAGR<\/strong> over eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s operating EBITDA climbed to \u20b9176.7 crore<\/strong> in FY26 from \u20b922.5 crore in FY18, translating into an even stronger 29.4% CAGR<\/strong>, reflecting improved operating efficiency despite rising costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Borosil\u2019s Q4 results 2026<\/strong> also showed pressure on profitability. Operational EBIT declined 7% year-on-year<\/strong> to \u20b989.9 crore<\/strong>, while operational return on capital employed (ROCE) dropped to 10.7%<\/strong> from 11.5%<\/strong> in FY25. The decline comes as the company significantly ramps up investments for future growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A major highlight was Borosil\u2019s aggressive capital expenditure. Capital work-in-progress and investments surged 218.4%<\/strong> to \u20b9201.2 crore<\/strong>, indicating strong expansion plans across manufacturing and product capacity. Total debt also increased 75.5%<\/strong> to \u20b9136.4 crore<\/strong>, though finance costs fell nearly 49%<\/strong> to \u20b96.5 crore, signaling better debt optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Borosil currently operates India\u2019s largest opalware production setup with 84 TPD capacity<\/strong>, alongside 18,000+ SKUs<\/strong>, 24,000+ retail outlets<\/strong>, and exports to 26 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For investors, the Q4 results 2026<\/strong> suggest Borosil remains in a high-investment phase. While near-term returns may stay under pressure, the company\u2019s expanding scale could support stronger earnings once new capacities start contributing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
