Net profit surged 313% to \u20b979 crore compared to \u20b919 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA rose 67% to \u20b9223 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gross merchandise value (GMV) for the quarter increased 28% to \u20b95,241 crore, supported by strong momentum in Nykaa\u2019s beauty segment and improving performance in fashion. EBITDA margin expanded to 8.4% from 6.5% last year, while PAT margin improved to 3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the full financial year, Nykaa crossed the \u20b910,000 crore revenue mark for the first time. FY26 revenue stood at \u20b910,022 crore, up 26% year-on-year, while annual net profit jumped 183% to \u20b9204 crore. EBITDA for the year climbed 59% to \u20b9752 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The beauty business remained the company\u2019s largest growth driver, with FY26 GMV rising 27% to \u20b914,954 crore. Fashion business also showed strong recovery, reporting 30% GMV growth and achieving positive EBITDA margin in Q4 results 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nykaa continued expanding its omnichannel presence during the year, adding 76 new stores to take its retail network to 313 stores across 99 cities.
