Snowman Logistics Limited<\/a> reported mixed but operationally stable Q4 results 2026, with revenue growth remaining healthy while annual profitability came under pressure from higher costs and regulatory expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company posted Q4FY26 revenue from operations of \u20b9142.3 crore, up 3.9% year-on-year from \u20b9137 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA rose 1.7% to \u20b924.8 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed slightly to 17.3% from 17.8% due to rising employee and operating expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Net profit for the quarter surged 41.8% to \u20b95.5 crore compared to \u20b93.9 crore a year earlier, supported by a tax adjustment benefit during the quarter. However, for the full financial year, profit after tax declined 41.2% to \u20b93.3 crore, reflecting cost inflation, higher depreciation, increased finance costs, and a \u20b92.7 crore exceptional expense linked to newly implemented labour code provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For FY26, the company\u2019s operating revenue climbed 9.4% to \u20b9604.4 crore, while total income increased 9.2% to \u20b9608 crore. Cost of goods sold jumped 22.4%, significantly outpacing revenue growth and weighing on margins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warehousing business remained the key growth driver, with FY26 revenue rising 11.7% to \u20b9253 crore. The company\u2019s 5PL trading and distribution segment also recorded strong momentum, growing 22.5% to \u20b9225 crore, as Snowman continued shifting toward integrated supply chain solutions. Meanwhile, transportation revenue declined as the company intentionally reduced standalone logistics operations to focus on higher-margin integrated services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Snowman Logistics expanded its cold chain footprint during FY26 by commissioning new facilities in Kolkata, Krishnapatnam, Kundli, and Jaipur, adding around 17,000 pallet positions. The company currently operates 45 warehouses across 21 cities with storage capacity of 1,54,319 pallets and an average utilization rate of 86%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
