Godrej Agrovet Limited<\/a> reported a strong set of Q4 results 2026, supported by robust growth in its animal nutrition and oil palm businesses, while improved operational efficiency boosted overall profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s consolidated revenue for FY26 rose 9.1% year-on-year to \u20b910,233 crore, marking the first time it crossed the \u20b910,000 crore revenue mark. Reported EBITDA increased 12.8% to \u20b9969 crore, while profit after tax climbed 10.4% to \u20b9445 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Q4 results 2026, revenue grew 9.3% to \u20b92,333 crore. Quarterly EBITDA jumped 29.5% to \u20b9207 crore, while reported net profit surged 54.7% year-on-year to \u20b9102 crore. Normalized PAT stood at \u20b974 crore, up 11.3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said strong execution in the animal nutrition segment remained a major growth driver. Segment revenue in Q4 rose 10.8% to \u20b91,270 crore, while profit increased 56.8% to \u20b9103 crore as feed volumes expanded sharply. Oil palm also delivered strong yearly growth, with FY26 segment revenue rising 42.4% to \u20b91,908 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Godrej Agrovet also improved its balance sheet efficiency during FY26. Average net working capital days dropped to 25 from 39 a year earlier, helping return on capital employed improve to 20% from 16%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the dairy and crop care businesses remained under pressure due to higher procurement costs and adverse weather conditions. Creamline Dairy\u2019s Q4 EBITDA declined 42%, while crop care profit fell nearly 49%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, subsidiary Astec LifeSciences posted a major turnaround, achieving EBITDA break-even after reporting losses in the previous fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investors are also tracking the company\u2019s ongoing digital transformation under Project Rise, alongside its ESG initiatives, including a 12.4% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and increased renewable energy usage across operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
