KPIT Technologies<\/a> reported steady growth in its Q4 results 2026, supported by strong deal wins, rising demand for software-defined vehicles, and expansion in AI-led mobility solutions. The company posted Q4 FY26 revenue of \u20b917,110 million, up 12% year-on-year and 5.8% sequentially, while full-year revenue climbed 10.5% to \u20b964,549 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company maintained its streak of 23 consecutive quarters of revenue and EBITDA growth, highlighting resilient demand from global automotive clients. EBITDA for the quarter stood at \u20b93,532.65 million with EBITDA margins steady at 20.6%, despite wage cost pressure and foreign exchange losses of \u20b9311.61 million during the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, profit after tax for FY26 declined to \u20b96,373.7 million from \u20b98,396 million a year earlier due to higher finance costs, forex volatility, and exceptional labour-code-related expenses. Quarterly PAT improved sequentially to \u20b91,629.74 million, while EPS rose to \u20b95.99 from \u20b94.90 in the previous quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key highlight in the Q4 results 2026 was the company\u2019s strong order pipeline. KPIT secured new deals worth USD 349 million during the quarter, with products and solutions now contributing nearly 21% of the pipeline. The company also announced the acquisition of automotive cybersecurity firm Cymotive, a move aimed at strengthening its software-defined vehicle and cybersecurity capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management said AI platforms such as Beacon and Agentic AI tools are helping reduce vehicle software development timelines for global automakers. For FY27, KPIT expects EBITDA margins between 20.5% and 21.2%, even as it increases investments in AI and global expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
