The strong performance was aided by accelerated renewals during the quarter, which contributed nearly US$4.5 million in additional revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profit before tax climbed 35.7% to \u20b9308 crore from \u20b9227 crore a year earlier. The company also benefited from a foreign exchange gain of \u20b914.4 crore, compared with a loss of \u20b95.2 crore in the previous year. Net profit surged 45.9% to \u20b9233 crore, highlighting improving operational efficiency and higher-margin business growth. CRISIL also announced an interim dividend of \u20b99 per share, up from \u20b98 per share last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ratings services business posted revenue growth of 20.2% to \u20b9322.6 crore, while segment profit increased 22.1% to \u20b9162.9 crore. Margins improved slightly to 50.5%, despite a 12% decline in India\u2019s corporate bond issuances during the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research, analytics and solutions segment remained the biggest growth driver, with revenue rising 34.9% to \u20b9735.6 crore. Segment profit jumped 66.9% to \u20b9166.9 crore, supported by strong demand for lending risk solutions and corporate investment banking analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRISIL also continued expanding its artificial intelligence strategy through domain-led GenAI platforms such as GenEye Credit, DeepMine, CRISIL I360, and Myron AI. The company said these tools are helping improve productivity, automate credit workflows, and strengthen data intelligence capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India\u2019s mutual fund average assets under management reached \u20b982.52 lakh crore during the quarter, while corporate leverage remained near decadal lows, creating a supportive environment for financial services and analytics firms.
