The first MoU focuses on redeveloping a prime 18,830 sq. mt. leasehold land parcel at August Kranti Bhawan in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. The scope includes feasibility studies, construction, project management, and monetisation of built-up space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second agreement targets <strong>asset monetisation<\/strong> across <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbccindia.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">NBCC<\/a>\u2019s self-sustainable projects. Under this structure, HUDCO will provide financial support subject to government approvals while NBCC will handle execution, consultancy, and project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership is structured to leverage the complementary strengths of both public sector companies. HUDCO\u2019s role as a financing arm combined with NBCC\u2019s execution expertise is expected to improve project viability and unlock value from underutilised assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both MoUs are valid for two years, with annual performance reviews and an exit clause requiring one month\u2019s notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration comes at a time when the government is actively promoting <strong>urban infrastructure<\/strong> upgrades and efficient capital utilisation.
